History

I'll give the history of Jen's Kitchen for those who do not know it.
Jen's Kitchen was started by a servival sex worker for servival sex workers.
I Jen know what it's like to have to have sex for money just to eat.
So I wanted to make sure woman didn't have to keep living the way I did for food.
I started making lunches in my home and taking them out on to the street to where the women worked.
Our mission statement is : Show the love of Christ in benifical & practical ways.
Jen's kitchen relys totally on the faith of Jesus Christ to provied everything.
And because of that we have went from a little food reaif program no one heard of to this amazing ministey that has expaned into a food bank,peer support,doing home visits with the woman,cleaning thier homes.
Jen's Kitchen has been televised,written about & on the radio sence it started 15 months ago.
We have had many volunteers from many diffrent backgrounds.
Our many goal is that the recipants of Jen's Kitchen become leaders of the program.
We want these women to know "your a part of society not a problem of society."
