Jen's Kitchen wants to take this time to remmmber a sex worker in Calgary that was murdered 6 years ago.
Her name was Kim Lee,she was a student at Hilltop Security Acadamey at the time of her death.
Really nice out going girl who was trying to change her life and the chance was stolen from her.
On May 9,2000 her half naked body was found under a car,the Calgary police claim she died of an asthma attack.
But as for the other sex workers of the East Village,we all believe she was murdered.
I have had the Calgary police & Alberta R.C.M.P on 3 occasions reopen her file to see if they can find any new info,but they always come back with the same old belief. She died of an asthma attack.
Intresting enough on the same day of her 6 year annnivasary the police caught a guy by the name of Thomas.S for murdering a sex worker in Edmonton.
Who thought some kind of justice would happen on Kim Lee's annivsary for another sex worker.
That just goes to show,we must never forget the names or memories of these women
Mabey next year the R.C.M.P. will catch Kim's Killer.

Maybe the police have higher priorities than catching killers who are doing society a small favor by getting some trash off our streets. There are more important things going on than a few missing/dead hookers. Prostitutes are always going to go missing and end up dead. This is one of the risks that will always be there when a woman decides to take the low road and spread her legs for anyone just to get her next fix. There are always alternatives to prostitution and I think that most of these women are too lazy or maybe too stupid to realize it.
